Brief
personal biography: I
was born into a Christian family on August 21,1959 in the Republic of
Moldova, the western most Republic of the former Soviet Union, which is
now an independent country. My parents were in the first generation, in
our area, to receive Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.
When I was 13 years old, I was baptized in the Holy
Spirit. God spoke to me prophetically that He had called me to His
ministry. I was baptized in water on July 3, 1977. I was baptized in water
at midnight due to the persecution. Two years of my
life, from 18 to 20 years, I served in the Soviet Army, facing persecution
and humiliation because of my Christianity. I had no other option; since
this was required of all young men. When I returned
I started in ministry as a youth leader in the church. At 24 years of age,
I was ordained as an elder. At 26 I became a pastor. Three years later, I
was elected as a Bishop of the Pentecostal Union in the Republic of
Moldova. I am married to a wonderful Christian woman, Maria, and we have
four daughters and a son. In 1996 I became a student
at Christ for the Nations Institute, Dallas, TX and in 1997 God opened a
door for me to study at Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in
Springfield, MO. In two years I completed the M. Div. program and in July
of 1999, I returned back to Moldova to continue my ministry. My vision is to see an
evangelical church in every village, town and city of the country of
Moldova.Pavlovski Family Victor
